SIEMonster enters Techstars New York City 2018

SIEMonster creators of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) software for companies wanting to detect threats and risk in their organization today announced they have been accepted into the Techstars New York City Summer Accelerator 2018. Only 1 in 1000 of all applicants are accepted into the program and this is evident as soon as we saw the calibre of the 10 companies in the program from all over the world.

Techstars provides accelerator portfolio companies with access to financial, human and intellectual capital to fuel the success of their business. Techstars provides Lifetime access to the Techstars worldwide network of entrepreneurs including more than 10,000 mentors; 2,700 investors; 1,200 alumni companies and 180 staff members. Techstars offers access to over $300k of cash equivalent hosting, accounting and, legal support –plus other credits and perks worth more than $1M.

The first week of the program saw us meet some heavy hitters in the industry including Mike Montero from Resy, Eliot Horowitz from MongoDB and Moisey Uretsky from Digital Ocean to name a few. These mentors provided us one on one feedback on our business, strategic direction advice and ongoing support. We have another 30 or so potential mentors to catch-up with this week. The Techstars team including their associates have really supported us with VC meetings line ups and fine tuning of our business models and its only Week 1 of a 13-week program.

We would like to thank the Australian Government and Austrade in getting this position after the initial San Francisco Landing Pad program in January of this year. We will keep you all posted on our journey.
